Goss, caught four passes on the night for a total of 67 yards. 3 of those catches went for touchdowns. Goss also had 1 run for 7 yards, & played a key role on defense, collecting 5 tackles & 1 pass break up. The Dragons are now 3-0 on the season.

This week’s TeamFYNSports Sports Writer Player of the Week is Senior QB Jacob Brumby. Brumby helped lead the Dragons to a 62-0 win over rival Gilmer last Friday. Brumby went 14-16 for 231 yards & 2 TD’s in just one half of play. So far on the season, Brumby has thrown for 1,278 yards & 13 TD’s while completing 65.5% of his passes.
You can catch Jacob & the rest of the Dragons team this Friday as they travel to take on the Raiders of Southeast Whitfield in a 6-AAAA region contest.

Senior Offensive Lineman for the Pickens Dragons DJ Walden has been named this week’s Player of the Week. Walden helped create holes for the Dragons backs that led to 517 rushing yards against East Hall.
